Lao satellite project has gained great supports from the national leaderships, government agencies and authorities concerned of China and Lao during the entire development.

Zhang Qingwei, then General Manager of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, gave Bouasone BOUPHAVANH, then Prime Minister of Lao, the launch vehicle model as a gift on August 22,2007.

Ma Xingrui, then General Manager of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, accompanied the then General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and the President of Lao Choummaly SAYASONE visiting China Academy of Launch Technology(CALT) on June 15,2008;

The then Deputy General Manager of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation Yuan Jiajun went to Lao and met the then Vice President Boungnang VORACHITH witnessing the signing of project agreement on February 7, 2010. .
